Green Juice Smoothie

For when you want green juice but don't have a juicer!
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups water, plus more for thinning
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup roughly chopped cucumber
  • 1 small knob of ginger (about ½ an inch)
  • 1 handful of parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 2 cups frozen mango cubes
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons collagen (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine everything in your blender. I find it best to put liquids in first! Then blend until smooth, adding more water if you want it thinner. Best enjoyed right away!
