For when you want green juice but don't have a juicer!
Ingredients
1½ cups water, plus more for thinning
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 large handfuls of spinach
1 cup roughly chopped cucumber
1 small knob of ginger (about ½ an inch)
1 handful of parsley leaves
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
2 cups frozen mango cubes
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (optional)
2 tablespoons collagen (optional)
Instructions
Combine everything in your blender. I find it best to put liquids in first! Then blend until smooth, adding more water if you want it thinner. Best enjoyed right away!
